That’s why I’ve created five unique coaching tracks that are designed to meet you wherever you are in your journey. Whether you’re navigating self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, a big life transition, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself—there’s a track that’s built for you.
Each coaching track focuses on a different area of personal development, like self-worth, emotional regulation, identity, boundaries, and aligned living. You'll be guided through weekly one-on-one sessions supported by a companion workbook created specifically for that track. These sessions aren’t rigid or one-size-fits-all—we’ll tailor them to your pace, your story, and your goals.

We start with a free exploration session to review your intake form, discuss your goals, and make sure the track you’re interested in is the right place to begin. You’ll get a chance to ask questions, share more about your current season of life, and decide what kind of support feels most aligned.
