About Me
My Story
Hi, I’m Jill — a life coach, healing-centered facilitator, and advocate for personal transformation. I believe that healing doesn’t follow a straight line, and that each of us holds the wisdom we need to reconnect with our true selves. Sometimes, we just need the right space and support to hear it.
Over the past decade, I’ve walked alongside individuals and families as they navigated some of life’s most complex and tender moments. I’ve worked in shelters, led parenting groups, supervised teams, and facilitated DEI workshops across the state of Tennessee. But the thread through it all? A deep belief in people’s capacity to grow, unlearn, and reclaim their power.
I come from communities that haven’t always received the support they deserve, and I’ve moved through the world in ways that required resilience, reflection, and deep listening. Those experiences ground the way I hold space, advocate for others, and support each person’s unique healing journey.
Through one-on-one coaching, I help people untangle internal narratives, reconnect with themselves, and build practices that feel nourishing and sustainable. Whether you're working through self-doubt, emotional burnout, or just trying to come home to yourself again, I meet you exactly where you are — and walk with you from there.

My Approach
Rooted in Lived Experience
My personal and professional paths both inform how I show up — with empathy, clarity, and depth.
Culturally Responsive & Trauma-Aware
I recognize how systems impact our stories and always work from a place of honoring identity, history, and autonomy.
Reflection + Action
This work invites both — gentle reflection and intentional next steps.
Compassion First
Healing happens when we feel safe. I hold space that is nonjudgmental, curious, and real.
