Service Description
This free 30-minute discovery call is a chance for us to connect in a no-pressure, supportive space. Whether you're exploring coaching for the first time or unsure which track fits your needs, this session is designed to help you gain clarity. We’ll talk about where you are right now, what kind of support you’re looking for, and what questions you might have about how my coaching works. I’ll also walk you through the themed coaching tracks and support tiers I offer, so you can feel confident moving forward—if and when you’re ready. This session is ideal if: You’re curious about coaching but not ready to commit to a package yet You’d like to talk through what coaching could look like for you You’re feeling stuck, unsure, or in transition and want a sounding board You have questions about how my workbooks, sessions, and booking system work There’s no need to prepare anything in advance—we’ll keep it casual and conversational. I believe that the best support starts with understanding your story, your pace, and your goals. This call is a safe space to explore all of that together. After our session, if it feels like the right fit, I’ll guide you toward a coaching track and plan that aligns with what you’re looking for. If not, that’s totally okay too. I want you to feel empowered and supported, no matter what direction you take.
Cancellation Policy
Third Eye Healing LLC – Coaching Terms & Conditions Services Provided Third Eye Healing LLC offers life coaching services by Jillian Schrank, a certified life coach. Coaching tracks focus on identity, emotional wellness, boundaries, goal-setting, and self-worth. Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for licensed mental health care. Each client selects a coaching track and plan (Digital, Standard, or Premium), which includes 8 total sessions: 1 free exploration session and 7 paid weekly sessions. Session Format & Scheduling Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and held virtually unless otherwise arranged. Clients book sessions using the scheduling calendar after completing the intake form. It is the client’s responsibility to book sessions within the timeframe of their plan. Client Commitment Clients agree to attend sessions, complete forms, and engage in the coaching process. Coaching is a collaborative experience, & results depend on the client’s participation and effort. Payments & Refunds Payment is required at sign-up, either in full or through an approved installment plan. Refunds are only available if requested within the first two sessions. No refunds will be issued after the second session. Sliding scale options must be discussed and approved before purchase. Cancellations & Missed Sessions Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-canceled sessions will be forfeited. All sessions must be used within the plan’s timeframe unless otherwise arranged in writing. Confidentiality All client information is kept confidential in line with professional standards, except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm. Liability Disclaimer Third Eye Healing LLC is not liable for client decisions, actions, or outcomes. Clients are responsible for applying insights gained in coaching. No guarantees are made regarding results. Termination of Services Either the client or coach may end the coaching relationship at any time. If services are terminated after the second session, any remaining sessions are forfeited. Inappropriate conduct may result in immediate dismissal from services. Legal Disclaimer Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Clients experiencing significant emotional distress should seek help from a licensed therapist or counselor. Agreement By enrolling in a coaching plan or booking sessions, you agree to this & acknowledge the difference between coaching & clinical care.
