Service Description
This session is a dedicated space to pause and reconnect with yourself. You might come in with something specific on your mind, or just a general feeling that something needs attention. Either way, we’ll start with what’s present and work from there. Our time together is a conversation. We’ll sort through what’s coming up, notice patterns, and get clearer on what you actually need. Some sessions are more reflective, while others move toward decisions, boundaries, or next steps. If it’s helpful, we can also bring in practical tools, grounding techniques, or ways to support you between sessions. Everything we use is tailored to you and what actually feels useful in your real life. This work isn’t about rushing change. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply so your next move feels grounded and aligned. You’re allowed to show up exactly as you are. Clarity builds from there
Cancellation Policy
Third Eye Healing – Coaching Terms & Conditions Services Provided Third Eye Healing offers 1:1 life coaching services by Jillian Schrank, a certified life coach. Sessions focus on self-awareness, emotional wellness, personal growth, and navigating life transitions. Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for licensed mental health care. Session Format & Scheduling Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and held virtually unless otherwise arranged. Clients are responsible for booking sessions through the scheduling system based on availability. Client Commitment Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients are encouraged to show up openly and engage in the work, but results will vary based on individual effort, readiness, and life circumstances. Payments & Refunds Payment is required at the time of booking. A valid card on file may be required to secure your session and may be used to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees. All sessions are non-refundable once completed. If a session is canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy, it may be rescheduled. Cancellations & Rescheduling Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee of up to the full session price and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled. Confidentiality All client information is kept confidential to the best of professional ability, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm. Liability Disclaimer Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching is intended to support personal growth but does not guarantee specific results. Termination of Services Either the client or coach may end the coaching relationship at any time. Services may be discontinued if boundaries are not respected or in cases of inappropriate behavior. Legal Disclaimer Coaching services do not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions. Clients experiencing significant emotional distress are encouraged to seek support from a licensed mental health professional. Agreement By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand the distinction between coaching and clinical care. Agreement By enrolling in a coaching plan or booking sessions, you agree to this & acknowledge the difference between coaching & clinical care.
