ABOUT ME

My Story

Hi, I’m Jill. I’m a certified professional life coach, a healing-centered facilitator, and someone who has spent over a decade supporting people through some of the most complex and personal moments of their lives. My work didn’t start in coaching. It started in direct service. I’ve worked in shelters, supported survivors, advocated for children in the court system, and walked alongside families navigating stress, transition, and systemic barriers. Over time, that work grew into leading parenting groups, mentoring staff, and eventually supervising programs across Middle Tennessee that focused on prevention, family support, and long-term change. In my role as a program supervisor, I trained and supported professionals who were doing this work in the field every day. I led reflective supervision, facilitated team development, and helped ensure that services were not only effective, but grounded in empathy, accountability, and real human connection. I also served as a DEI facilitator, leading conversations and trainings around equity, identity, and culturally responsive care across the organization. Becoming a certified professional life coach allowed me to bring all of this experience into a more intentional, personalized space. Coaching gave me the flexibility to meet people as individuals, not just within systems or programs, and to support them in a way that feels more aligned, collaborative, and grounded in their real lives. I especially resonate with people who experience the world a little differently. That might look like overthinking, sensory overwhelm, emotional intensity, or feeling out of sync with traditional expectations. My space is built to support that, not fix it. Through one-on-one coaching, I help people untangle internal narratives, build self-trust, and move forward in a way that actually feels sustainable. Some of that work is practical. Some of it is reflective. All of it is rooted in meeting you where you are and supporting you in becoming more of yourself.

My Approach

Rooted in Lived Experience

My work is shaped by both my personal and professional experiences supporting individuals and families through real-life challenges. I don’t just teach concepts. I understand what it means to navigate them.

Culturally Responsive & Trauma-Aware

I approach every session with awareness of how identity, environment, and lived experience shape the way we move through the world. Your story is honored here, not simplified or overlooked.

Reflection + Action

With a blend of thoughtful reflection and practical support, you gain space to process what’s coming up while also building tools that help you move forward in ways that feel realistic and aligned.

Compassion First

Growth happens when you feel safe enough to be honest. I hold space with curiosity, care, and respect so you can show up fully, without pressure to perform or have it all figured out.
